Classic Ford Mustang Convertible

A classic car is possibly a safer bet than a new car when trying to impress a new-found beau. There are of course thousands of classic cars out there, but we think that possibly the coolest, yet quite understated for the purpose, is the Ford Mustang Convertible from the mid-sixties.

The Mustang Convertible smacks of American high-school movies brimful of good feeling and happy endings, so this classic should get the night off to a great start. So long as you can cope with the steering wheel being on the wrong side of the car, you can rumble along on the wave of torque produced by the Mustang's charismatic V8, with your arm stretched behind your date if you're daring enough. Despite a purchase price a lot less than most of the new cars in this feature, the Mustang will open doors and gain nods of approval everywhere you go, ensuring you and your partner feel like celebrities for the night. Pray for good weather though!
