We're inundated here at Yahoo! Cars with press releases from car manufacturers announcing new products, innovations and revisions. But around April 1 we have to keep our wits about us. It seems that the jokesters in the press offices of the major car manufacturers can't help themselves in putting out a bit of false information on April Fools' Day. Some are so convincing they slip by editors and even make it into print, SEAT managing pull the wool over a few publications' eyes last year with its driverless touring car press release.
