Dodge Zeo

America loves its muscle cars, so to convince people into greener, cleaner cars the car manufacturers are going to have to get creative. Which is exactly what Dodge has done with its Zeo concept. A plug-in, all-electric, battery-powered shooting-brake style four-seater, the American firm claims the Zeo represents the 'next generation of muscle cars.' It's certainly a bold looker, its huge panoramic-style windscreen reaching right up to the rear seats, the cab-rearward style reminiscent of Alfa's Brera Coupé.

A wide track should ensure it handles better than muscle cars of old, the battery technology it uses certain to be positioned low in the chassis, too. That'll not only aid passenger space, but ensure it goes around corners as well. Dodge reckons the lithium-ion batteries would give it a range of up to 250 miles, but more importantly for muscle car fans is its ability to reach 60mph in less than six seconds. All it needs now is a big racing stripe...
