Aston Martin has revealed a single image of a new, super-exclusive flagship supercar.

The One-77 is expected to be built in a production run of just 77 examples, each anticipated to cost £1 million.

Each car will uniquely individualised for their wealthy customers, meaning no two cars are likely to share the same specification.

Handbuilt by Aston Martin's craftsmen the One-77's bodywork is aluminium, its chassis being a carbon-fibre backbone.

Under the sculpted bonnet nestles a 7.0-litre V12 engine, which combined with the lightweight structure should ensure scintillating performance.

Aston Martin hasn't revealed any performance figures, but the One-77 will need to deliver a 0-62mph time of around 3.5 seconds and a top speed in excess of 200mph to compete with other super-exclusive hypercars.

Revealing just this single teaser image more details for the One-77 will be revealed when it makes its debut at an international motor show soon.

It's likely that potential customers for this most exclusive of cars will have already been approached discreetly by Aston Martin. The One-77 joins a growing list of extremely rare, strictly limited production run supercars for mega wealthy car enthusiasts around the world.
