A new Hyundai MPV people carrier offers eight seats instead of the usual seven that other MPVs rivals have.
The i800 has two normal seats up front and two rows of three in the rear of the cabin,
Hyundai says this makes the i800 more practical than most rivals as it still has a large 851-litre boot space with all eight seats occupied.
Both sets of rear seats can be folded and the middle row also slides back and forth.
Sliding side rear doors give access to the back seats and help with entry and exit in tight car park spaces.
The i800 uses a new 167bhp 2.5-litre turbodiesel engine that returns an average of 33.2mpg.
Hyundai says the i800 is not a van with seats and points out that this MPV has an all-new rear suspension design to give the car a comfortable ride.
The i800 goes on sale in the UK on 20 June and will cost from £19,495.
