The HEMI name is synonymous with American muscle cars and Chrysler still touts it. Naturally, that's what is fitted to the fastest 300C, the SRT-8. There's nothing shabby about its 425bhp and 420lb.ft of torque either, is there? It may not be as focused a drivers' car as the German rivals above, but it manages 0-62mph in 5.
0 seconds and tops out at an unlimited 168mph.
Really it's not a rival to the
BMW, Merc and
Audi, although it does undercut them all by at least £10,000. It's also huge inside and probably one of the rarest of the lot. We like it.
