People are travelling far and wide for their cosmetic surgery in an attempt to stay young. The car manufacturers too like to give their models a mid-life re-fresh to keep the buyers keen and the looks fresh. This year Geneva seems to be the place to show off new noses and rumps, with most made-over models also having been down the gym to gain some additional performance to match the more youthful looks.
