As facelifts go we were more than a touch under-whelmed by Ford's recent efforts on the Focus. At first that is, as although it might look like the stylists have done little to the family favourite, the changes, though slight are actually rather effective in the metal. And so it is with the Coupé-Cabriolet version, which gets its first public airing at the Geneva Show. Following the facelift recipe book to the letter the Coupé-Cabriolet range gets a new set of head and tail lamps, a bigger grille and some other visual tweaks to freshen up its looks.
The changes give the Coupé-Cabriolet a more upmarket look. However, there's only so far a facelift can go, the CC's proportions still looking a touch odd from some angles. Still, it's one of the best handling drop-tops on the market and the facelift makes it more of a looker, which is no bad thing.
