Cadillac is lending out a fleet of its luxury SRX cars for business people to use as 'think' spaces.
The idea came after Cadillac conducted a survey of 1,000 top business people and found that half of their working days were used up dealing with unnecessary phone calls and emails.
People in the UK work the longest hours in Europe, spending an average of 44 hours per week in the office, yet many say their most productive time is when they are sat in the car.
Cadillac's 'Backseat Boardroom' offers these people a refuge from the office.
Steve Catlin of Cadillac said: "In today's business world, time is the most precious commodity and being caught up in unnecessary internal communication is a frustrating distraction.
"We know that travelling helps stimulate creative thinking, so we hope this offer will help increase productivity."
