Classic cars are a favourite toy of people that realise that they suddenly have more disposable income than they used to. From the outside though classic car buying appears to be a secret society of owners' clubs and long-lasting relationships with your friendly breakdown recovery companies. There is an alternative though if you still hanker after a car that creates that feeling of nostalgia, without the pitfalls.

Though Morgan now produces more modern sportscars too, the mainstay of its range is the classically-styled Plus 4 and the Roadster (previously named the Plus 8). Both retain the traditional rounded shape of the Morgan and their production still includes real people, craftsmen no less. Under the bonnets though are thoroughly modern mechanicals and the electrics work without you having to know what the hell a dynamo is!
