Fiat 500C, Big sunroof

Fiat's retro toddler has been attacked by the tin-opener to create the 500C. No one at the Italian firm has said that C stands for convertible but it's hinted at. Think more of a huge sunroof than a proper folding roof; the 500C's pillars remain firmly in place when the roof is 'down'. The roof slides back into position where the rear window would usually go, so the 500C's boot shouldn't be overly compromised when you're enjoying the sun; at least no more compromised than the already miniscule amount of space offered on the regular car.

You'll be able to drive the 500C in town with a clear conscience too, the stop-start system it brings meaning you're doing your bit to reduce emissions and greenhouse gasses. Though with our summers you might just want to heat up the planet a little bit more...
