Ferrari 365 GTB/4 Daytona

By modern day standards, supercars from the '70s are not usually particularly fast, capable, nor all that pleasant to drive. Some of that may be true of the fabulous 365 GTB/4 Daytona, but we'd forgive it all that to bask in its glorious sharp lines.

Ferrari originally claimed that the Daytona could hit 175mph, thanks to the fitment of a 4.4-litre V12 producing 352bhp. There are two Daytona coupes in the auction, a 1971 model and a one-owner example from 1973 with just 2,500 miles on the clock. The latter could command up to €380,000, a figure that would net you a very capable new supercar indeed. That's hardly the point though, is it?
