Ferrari F430 Scuderia
Though the new, more driver-focused Scuderia is no surprise, the idea of an even harder edged F430 is a little outrageous, but for that we love
Ferrari and would like to give the company a standing ovation. That's pretty much what every journalist in Europe did when Michael Schumacher revealed the car in Frankfurt, though we suspect that they were as interested in seeing the ex-F1 racer himself.
The F430 shone, even next to this star, and so it should with a mouth watering specification that includes reducing the mass by 100kg, upping power output to 503bhp from the 4.3-litre V8 (without turbocharging I might add) and endowing the car with better aerodynamics, bigger brakes and a faster gearbox. It may sound outrageous to some, but to us it all sounds like outrageously good fun!
