Chrysler 300C refreshed

Chrysler has updated its 300C executive saloon and estate models.

The facelifted cars are on sale from March and a new SRT-Design model joins the range.

Changes to the 300C are subtle and include a new boot spoiler for the saloon and revamped rear lights.

There's a new instrument panel and centre console inside, while a new ignition key offers one-touch starting without the need to put the key in the ignition barrel.

Safety has been improved with new side airbags in the front seats and curtain airbags for the rear passengers.

Buyers can now also choose the SRT-Design model, which uses the 300C's 3.0-litre V6 turbodiesel, but has the looks of the V8-powered SRT-8 performance model.

The SRT-Design sits on 20-inch alloy wheels, has wheel arch extensions and a chrome mesh grille to distinguish it too.

The SRT-Design costs from £32,495 and the updated 300C range begins at £27,495.
