Bentley goes dancing on ice this winter and you can go with them.
Bentley customers wanting to learn the art of driving their cars on ice can take part in an extraordinary driving experience this winter. The British firm is taking a limited number of people to take part in its 'Power on Ice' driving programme that takes part over three days in Finland.
Drivers will learn to drive Bentleys with up to 610bhp on ice on a frozen lake in Finland, where temperatures can reach below -30 degrees. That ensures the perfect surface on which to drive the luxury British cars, while four-time world rally title holding Finn Juha Kankkunen will be on hand to give out advice and demonstrate just how capable Bentley's products are even so close to the Arctic Circle.
Befitting the luxury status of the vehicles themselves, the participants are put up in specially-designed accommodation in the small town of Ruka. In addition to the driving on ice there will be many other activities on offer, including dog-sledding and snow mobile excursions.
Places on the Bentley trip are limited, with places available from Mid February to early March. As you might expect, this ice-crunching trip isn't for those worried about the current financial woe: prices for the all-inclusive package start at €7,590 and rise to €8,990 (about £6,400 to £7,600).
