Mercedes-Benz S600 Pullman Guard
Time was a standard S600 was enough to ensure you were noticed, but they're common as hell among the merely wealthy these days. Super-rich monarchs, heads of state and the likes need a more impressive S-Class, and if it can offer protection from attack then all the better. That's exactly why the S600 Pullman Guard exists, Mercedes building this lengthened, strengthened super S-Class for those wanting protection on the way to official functions and high-power business meetings.
The extended wheelbase gives space in the back for a pair of additional seats - perfect for your bodyguards. Not that you should need them of course, the S600 Pullman Guard able to resist military-grade small arms fire, fragments from hand grenades and other explosives. It also features run-flat tyres, and its 517bhp V12 engine means it should outrun all but the most determined of attackers. A super-limo for the paranoid, Mercedes promises that 'even the most unusual customer requests can be met' when it officially goes on sale in 2008.
