We rarely feature commercial vehicles in the 5 of the Best, but could not resist this concept from Fiat. The Truckster is loosely based on the new Fiat Ducato van platform and was created to draw attention to the modularity of the new Ducato range.

In the metal, the Truckster grabs your attention with neck-snapping violence thanks to its wild spoilers, side exit exhaust pipes and massive 28-inch wheels. If you squint, you can just about make out the profile of the regular Ducato's stubby nose at the front, though the concept car features LED headlights and a much more aggressive front bumper.

Fiat claims that the Truckster could be used for a variety of tasks, ranging from carrying racecars to doubling up as a fashion catwalk. Though it would be fun to see the models balancing on stilettos atop the rear spoiler, we don't think it's the most practical idea...
