Honda has come up with the world's first ever live television advert.

The three minute advert shows a team of skydivers falling through the sky while forming shapes to suggest technology used in Honda's new Accord.

Honda says the advert is part of its 'Difficult is worth doing' philosophy.

This is why the advert will be shown in real-time with no editing.

A total of 45 skydivers appear in the advert, which was recorded over the Mojave Desert in California.

Each jump used five cameras mounted on the skydivers' helmets to record the action.

In total, the team of skydivers completed 60 jumps and reached speeds of up to 300mph.

The advert will be shown at 8.10pm on Channel 4 this evening (Thursday 29 May).
