Sienna Miller is at the centre of a court case about a set of snatched car keys. The incident is alleged to have happened as the actress left a nightclub in South Kensington London and told her friend, Otis Ferry, that she did not want to be followed by paparazzi photographers who were waiting in a car outside.
Ms Miller drove off in one car while the son of singer Bryan Ferry followed in a second car. At a set of traffic lights, Otis Ferry is alleged to have jumped out of his car and snatched the keys from the photographer's ignition.
Photographer Charles Pycraft was driving at the time and said he wound down his window as Mr Ferry approached. He then said: "He was too quick and I wasn't expecting someone to do that when I was behind a police van."
It's claimed Mr Ferry then threw the keys away, leaving the photographer's car stranded at a set of traffic lights and causing a hold-up for hours before a new set of keys could be obtained.
Otis Ferry, 25, faces two charges of criminal damage. Ms Miller had sent a text to say she was unable to attend the hearing and District Judge David Simpson adjourned the trial until later.
