Volkswagen has unveiled details of the most powerful production Polo to date, the new Polo GTI. The hottest version of Polo will be powered by the 1.8-litre turbo-charged petrol engine already seen in other Volkswagen cars. In Polo GTI specification, the engine will produce 150 PS whilst torque will hit 220 Nm. This makes the Polo GTI capable of 0-62 mph in only 8.2-seconds and a top speed of 134 mph.
