Citroen's Goodwood Festival of Speed line-up is its hottest yet, with the futuristic Survolt concept leading the charge. It's a UK debut for the electric supercar.
Citroen says the Survolt is 'a bold and radical vision for the future of ecologically sensitive, high-performance vehicles.'
Debuted at the Geneva Motor Show, the all-electric Survolt is the latest in a line of highly intricate, hugely flamboyant and eco-minded concepts by Citroen.
It will not make production, sadly, though another exciting Goodwood debutant for Citroen will: the DS3 Racing. Shown in the UK for the first time at Goodwood, the DS3 Racing is a 200bhp hot hatch that will hit Citroen dealerships before Christmas. Only 1,000 will be made.
The Revolte will be there too, a supermini concept that according to Citroen 'places passengers in a feminine, cosmetic setting.'
And visitors will be able to see the GTbyCitroen Concept (the car that started Citroen's current bold design trend) racing up the famous Goodwood hillclimb too.
The Goodwood Festival of Speed begins on Friday July 2.
