      British-built Civic continues the bold design theme of its predecessor while Honda’s engineers have put more emphasis on refinement, cabin ambience and sporty driving dynamics. It’s more economical too, with engine stop-start as standard plus a frugal 2.2-litre diesel engine along with 1.4 and 1.8-litre petrol units.
